1. Introduction

2. Offerings

2.1 Luxury Apartment Services

CityGlam offers reservations for luxury city apartments. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for full reimbursement via the original payment method within 14 business days. Cancellations between 3 and 7 days prior incur a 50% service fee and the remaining amount will be reimbursed. Cancellations less than 3 days prior and no-shows are not eligible for reimbursement. Requests to adjust dates may be accommodated subject to availability and rate changes.

2.2 Information Products

We offer digital guides and curated itineraries. You may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed the product. To request, contact us via Contact Us. Once access is granted or 14 days have passed, purchases are final.

2.3 Physical Goods

CityGlam sells branded merchandise and accessories. If an item is defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or a reimbursement. Items may be sent back within 30 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging. Reimbursements are issued within 14 business days after we receive the shipped item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Reimbursement Policy

Reimbursement of fees follows the provisions in sections 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3. All reimbursement requests should be submitted via Contact Us. Approved reimbursements are issued to the original payment method within the timeframes specified above.

4. Modifications to Terms

CityGlam reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to cityglam.digital. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
